Our Farm Connections

Before there is a jar, there is a harvest.

Fruit gives our jams their character, and the people who grow it are part of the story we love to share. These growers have helped shape the McCormick Jam Co. collection, from Washington berries and stone fruit to citrus grown farther south.

Our Washington roots

Spooner Farms · Puyallup

Berries with a special place in our story. Spooner Farms raspberries went into the Raspberry Jam that earned gold, a perfect 30/30 and second place overall at the 2026 World Jam Festival in Yorkshire, England.

Lateral Roots Farm · Wapato

Apricots and peaches bring the fragrance and warmth of summer to our kitchen. Stone fruit also gives us a delicious starting point for some of our sweet-and-spicy combinations.

Mercer Slough Blueberry Farm · Bellevue

Blueberries add their deep color and familiar flavor to our preserves. A spoonful can turn a simple breakfast into something to linger over.

Mosby Farms · Auburn

Rhubarb brings a bright, tart counterpoint to sweeter fruit—one of the pleasures of combining ingredients with different personalities.

Talking Dog Orchard · Peshastin

Apples and pears connect our collection to Washington’s orchard country and the comforting flavors of the cooler months.

A little farther afield

Cotton Lane Citrus Farm · Surprise, Arizona

Citrus brings brightness, fragrance and a lively edge to our marmalades.

Shanley Farms · Morro Bay, California

Finger limes open the door to a distinctive citrus flavor and another reason to explore beyond a familiar favorite.

Our ingredients follow the harvest. These are farm relationships that have been part of our story; specific fruit sources and available flavors can vary by batch and season.

From their harvest to your table

Sarah’s work begins with what makes each ingredient special. Our goal is to carry that character into a jar you can enjoy, share and come back to.
