McCormick Jam Co. | Award-Winning Jams & Marmalades

At McCormick Jam Co., we bring together exceptional fruit, thoughtful recipes, and the heart of a family business to create preserves worth gathering around. Rooted in Washington State, our small-batch jams and marmalades celebrate the growers behind our ingredients, the character of each harvest, and the pleasure of sharing something delicious with the people you love.

That dedication reached an extraordinary milestone in 2026, when our Raspberry Jam earned second place overall at the World Jam Festival in Yorkshire, England. Made with raspberries from Spooner Farms in Puyallup, Washington, it also received a gold award and a perfect score of 30 out of 30. For our family, this recognition carries tremendous meaning: a jar made with Washington fruit and Sarah’s care earned a place of honor at an international competition, thousands of miles from the farms and farmers markets that are such an important part of our story.

Behind our preserves is Sarah McCormick, affectionately known as the “Jam Queen.” Sarah is the maker whose skill, patience, and creativity give our collection its personality. Her attention to flavor and texture brings out what makes each fruit special, whether that is the bright tartness of a raspberry, the fragrant sweetness of a ripe peach, or the lively citrus character of a marmalade. Each recipe is an opportunity to turn beautiful ingredients into something people will remember.

Alongside her is Dane McCormick, “The Jam Man”—the enthusiastic voice of our business and Sarah’s biggest fan. Dane shares the stories behind the jars, introduces customers to new favorites, and brings our family’s personality to the market table. Together, we have built a business around making food we are proud to share and getting to know the people who bring it home.

Our relationships with growers are central to that work. Washington gives us an incredible range of fruit, and we are proud to highlight sources such as Spooner Farms in Puyallup for berries, Lateral Roots Farm in Wapato for apricots and peaches, Mercer Slough Blueberry Farm in Bellevue for blueberries, Mosby Farms in Auburn for rhubarb, and Talking Dog Orchard in Peshastin for apples and pears. Knowing where our ingredients come from gives us a deeper appreciation for every batch and a story we love passing along to our customers.

That curiosity also takes us beyond Washington. Citrus from Cotton Lane Citrus Farm in Surprise, Arizona, and finger limes from Shanley Farms in Morro Bay, California, bring distinctive flavors to our marmalades. Our collection reflects both our Pacific Northwest roots and our excitement about ingredients grown in places where they flourish.

We sweeten our preserves with honey and raw sugar, with the goal of keeping the fruit’s flavor at the center of the experience. Our collection spans familiar favorites and unexpected combinations, from Raspberry and Apricot to Strawberry Balsamic, Peach Habanero, Sweet Onion Balsamic, and Finger Lime Marmalade. Some jars bring the comfort of a favorite breakfast; others invite you to try something entirely new.

We love seeing how our preserves become part of your table: spooned over warm toast, paired with cheese, tucked into pastries, stirred into yogurt, or used to finish a glaze or sauce. Through our website, you can explore the collection, find a favorite, and discover a flavor that makes your next meal a little more memorable.

Every purchase helps our family continue this work and supports the relationships that make it possible. We are grateful for the customers who stop to taste, return for another jar, introduce us to their friends, and celebrate milestones like our World Jam Festival recognition alongside us.

Welcome to McCormick Jam Co. We’re proud to share what Sarah makes, where our fruit comes from, and the family behind every jar.
